Data Access, Deletion & Correction Requests

Data Access (right to know), Deletion, or Correction: To request access to your personal information (also called a "right to know" request), or to make a "deletion" or "correction" request, please fill out the form below, as applicable. We will then process your request pursuant to applicable U.S. state law (which varies across states), which may include requiring you to verify your identity. We will process a "correction" as a "deletion." We will place any "deleted" information on a "suppression" list to avoid future use and sale of that information. Similarly, if we receive a request to limit "sensitive" personal information, then (even if we do not currently collect such information), we will place such information on a "suppression" list to avoid its future use and sale.
